FMA Cadets Meet with Truist Bankers

Partnership with Alpha Beta Organization and Truist Bank

FMA Cadets visited Truist Bankers with the Alpha Beta Boule' Organization. Cadets had lively discussions with experienced bankers about their professional paths.

Happening at Franklin Military

The restriction on ASVAB has been lifted. ASVAB Test #2 will be conducted on 12 MAY 2025. The test will begin at 9:30 am and be conducted via ICAT, Meaning students will use their computers in the cafeteria. Students
will be reminded the day before to ensure all Chrome Notebooks are completely charged to 100%. As a reminder to students, the ASVAB is considered a CTE prerequisite, and all Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to participate to improve their score. All Sophomores are expected to
take the ASVAB.

The JROTC will host its annual Military Ball at the Gregg-Adams Officer Club, located at Battle Drive, Building #9009, Fort Lee, VA. 23801. The date is set for Friday, May 2, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Military Attire- Mess, Dress Blue, or Class “A” Formal Attire for Civilians

Male Cadets: Class “A” uniform with gray shirt and black necktie or plain white shirt with collar and black bow tie.

Female Cadets: Floor Length Formal Evening Gown or Class “A” uniform with
gray shirt and black neck tab or plain white shirt with collar and black neck tab.

There will be an RPS Hiring Fair for FMA Seniors on April 22, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The location will be at the Dewey Gottwald Center, 2301 W. Leigh Street, Richmond, Virginia 23220.  Transportation will be provided. The RPS Hiring Fair includes: 50+ Employers with Current Job Openings, Summer Job Applications, On-Site Interviewing, and On-Site Hiring!  Come Prepared to Impress.  Please reach out to John Van Zandt for more information at jvanzan@rvaschools.net.
